Custom Uniform Programs are a great way to give your company an iconic look without spending huge dollars. When I use the word custom, I’m not talking about a stock shirt that we sew a logo onto.  I am referring to shirts that are custom built, using your colors, different fabrics and in some cases,  custom fit and cut for your specific user.  Minimum orders start at 50 units and with this specific shirt, you can get up to 10,000 stitches of embroidery on 3 different locations.  While this shirt would be close to $40 if produced in the states, our prices fall in the $25 range. Marie Arias joins Professional Gifting

We are happy to announce a new addition to our team! Marie Arias has been a friend of ours for over 10 years now and she began working with us this fall to help with client relations and explore sales opportunities.

Marie also specializes in meeting and event planning which will add value to the Professional Gifting team. She has been working with a local non-profit organization which offers free salon services to cancer patients. Her willingness to work with them on their marketing and events has helped her become an ideal candidate for Professional Gifting.

When asked why she wanted to work with us, she had this to say… “While planning an event for the salon, I asked Ken and Danielle to help create our T-shirts and giveaway items. PPB recently asked readers to let us know who they think are the best bosses in the promotional products industry. Considering the difficult economic year we’ve just been through and the stresses it placed on companies and relationships, staff wasn’t sure how many people would still be praising their bosses. So, the team was really surprised by the landslide of responses from readers who said their bosses made coming to work each day a true joy.

Many praised their bosses for creating an environment where people were trusted, encouraged, empowered and rewarded, not necessarily monetarily, but with things money can’t buy. The bosses who make the biggest impressions with subordinates are those who regularly demonstrate these practices according to PPB readers:

• Creates an environment of collaboration through good listening
• Manages through empowerment; doesn’t micromanage, allows me to learn through my own mistakes
