Contest Rules for Spring Giveaway

Official Rules for Professional Gifting, Inc., Giveaway

1. Description of Contest:  From January 1st 2010 through July 31st 2010, for every $500.00 spent on promotional items from Sponsor, you will get 1 entry into our drawing to win one (1) of the following items: 1 Motorized Cooler, 1 Ping Pong Table, 2 Cases of Custom Energy Drink.  A winner will be chosen shortly after the contest is over and the winner will choose one of these three prizes.
2. Eligibility:  This contest is open only to individuals who are of legal age in the United States.  The individual is required to follow the rules of their employer as far as receiving the prize for individual use or for the use of the company. Only cost of merchandise is included. Contestants that have paid their invoices on time  are the only ones eligible.
3. Conditions of Participation:  The prize is awarded without warranty of any kind from Sponsor and Sponsor is held harmless of any kind that involves the prize.
4. If the cooler is chosen, it may have been slightly used as we use these at a number of promotional events and meetings prior to give away.
5. No Recourse To Judicial or Other Procedures:  To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, to seek injunctive relief or to make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this contest are hereby excluded, and any participant expressly waives any and all such rights.
6. Sponsor:  The Sponsor of this Contest is Professional Gifting, Inc., 5450 N. Delaware Street, Indianapolis, IN  46220.
