Official Rules for Professional Gifting, Inc., Giveaway Motorized Cooler

1. Description of Contest:  From October 19^th through December 31, 2009, for every $250.00 spent on promotional items from Sponsor, you will get 1 ticket/chance for a drawing to win a Motorized Cooler.  On January 4^th, a winner will be chosen.
2. Eligibility:  This contest is open only to individuals who are of legal age in the state of Indiana.  The individual is required to follow rules of employer as far as receiving the cooler for individual use or for the use of the company.
3. Conditions of Participation:  The cooler is awarded without warranty of any kind from Sponsor and Sponsor is held harmless of any kind that involves the Cooler.
4. The cooler will have been slightly used as it will be used at a number of promotional events prior to give away.
5. No Recourse To Judicial or Other Procedures:  To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, to seek injunctive relief or to make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this contest are hereby excluded, and any participant expressly waives any and all such rights.
6. Sponsor:  The Sponsor of this Contest is Professional Gifting, Inc., 5450 N. Delaware Street, Indianapolis, IN  46220.
